Services Offered: Best Web Team offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing. The specific services provided will be outlined in the project agreement.

3. Client Obligations: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the execution of services. This includes access to relevant accounts, websites, and any necessary credentials. Failure to do so may affect the project’s progress.

4. Payments: Clients agree to pay Best Web Team according to the agreed-upon terms in the project agreement. Payment schedules, methods, and amounts will be clearly specified in the project proposal and may vary depending on the scope of work.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information, including strategies, client data, and proprietary information. This confidentiality extends beyond the duration of the project.

6. Intellectual Property: Best Web Team retains intellectual property rights for all content and materials created during the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their intended purpose.

7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services with written notice, specifying the reason for termination. In such cases, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Liability and Warranty: Best Web Team will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as success in digital marketing can be influenced by various factors beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of Dubai, UAE.

10. Amendments: Best Web Team reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, along with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire understanding between Best Web Team and the client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging Best Web Team’s services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
